During class, Mrs. Pigott took us on an exciting journey through the world of liquid measurements! 📏💧 Students explored the differences between gallons, quarts, pints, and cups, discovering how each unit plays a unique role in measuring volume.
Did you know that a gallon is the largest unit of these measurements? It’s followed by the quart, which is one-quarter of a gallon. Then comes the pint, which is half of a quart, and finally, the cup, which is half of a pint. 🥤
Understanding these concepts is super important, whether you're baking, cooking, or just keeping track of how much lemonade to make for a hot summer day! 🍋
